The US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) issued its Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA) for the Fiscal Year (FY) 2019 Continuum of Care Program Competition (FY 2019 CoC NOFA) on July 3, 2019. The funds available under this program are intended to pay for development, rehabilitation or leasing of housing and for supportive services for programs serving the homeless. TCCoC’s service area has no projects eligible for renewal funding under this program, however, TCCoC is eligible to recommend projects for funding under the Permanent Housing Bonus and the Domestic Violence (DV) Bonus as described in the FY 2018 CoC NOFA.
Projects that serve individuals and families experiencing homelessness in Tehama County are invited to submit Project Applications to be considered for inclusion under the Priority Listing component of TCCoC’s FY 2019 CoC Application.
