The Tehama County Continuum of Care's Executive Council has conducted its annual review of the CoC's Governance Charter and invites public comments regarding its suggested amendments to the Governance Charter through August 22, 2018.

Funding is currently available through the Housing and Community Development (HCD)'s Federal Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) Program Allocation for Balance of State CoCs. The ESG program provides grant funding to (1) engage homeless individuals and families living on the street, (2) rapidly re-house homeless individuals and families, (3) help operate and provide essential services in emergency shelters for homeless individuals and families, and (4) prevent individuals and families from becoming homeless.

Tehama County Continuum of Care (TCCoC) is authorized to recommend up to two applications into each of two separate components to HCD for funding consideration. Providers of eligible services within Tehama County are invited to submit Project Overviews to TCCoC to be considered for recommendation. Project Overviews must be submitted by Wednesday, July 18, 2018 at 11:59 PM PST to be eligible for consideration.
