On August 30, 2017, the TCCoC Prioritization Panel announced its recommendations for 2017's Emergency Solutions Grant Program. The following applicants will submit proposals to the Department of Housing and Community Development (HCD) with the approval of the Tehama County Continuum of Care:

The California Department of Housing and Community Development (HCD) published the Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA) for the 2017 Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) on August 3, 2017. For information regarding this funding opportunity, visit HCD's Emergency Solutions Grant Program page. HCD will only accept ESG funding applications that have been reviewed by, and chosen for recommendation by, the Continuum of Care that serves the geographical area in which the applicant's project is operating or will operate. The Tehama County Continuum of Care (TCCoC) is charged by the US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) to submit a community-wide application for homeless assistance funds. Tehama County has no projects eligible for renewal funding under this program, so applications for renewal funding will not be accepted or considered for recommendation. TCCoC is, however, eligible to recommend projects for funding under the Permanent Housing Bonus detailed in the Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA) for the FY 2017 Continuum of Care (CoC) Program, which can be can be viewed here. This announcement serves as the opportunity for agencies to submit a Letter of Interest (LOI) for funding for projects that serve individuals and/or families experiencing homelessness in the TCCoC’s service area (Tehama County, California) as part of the HUD Continuum of Care (CoC) Homeless Assistance Grants Competition.
