Funding Decision Appeal

Tehama CoC strives to maintain a fair and transparent process for evaluating proposals and making funding decisions. Proposals are evaluated independently by no fewer than three members of the Tehama CoC Rating and Ranking Committee. To ensure fairness, declined projects have the opportunity to appeal the Rating and Ranking Committee's decision.

Appeals must be submitted within 72 hours of receipt of notification of funding denial. No appeals will be considered after this deadline.

Appeals will be reviewed by the Tehama County Continuum of Care's Executive Council. The Executive Council issue a response to each appeal within 7 business days of receipt of the appeal. The decision of the Executive Council will be final.

    Prepare a letter on agency letterhead, signed by a director-level position that describes the basis for your appeal and upload it using the "Choose File" button below.
    Max file size: 20MB
    Appeals must be submitted within 72 hours of receipt of notification of funding denial. No appeals will be considered after this deadline.
