Volunteer to serve on the CESH RLOI Committee!
Who:
The committee is to be made up of stakeholders that possess knowledge of the needs of homeless individuals and families in Tehama County and/or have experience in providing services to the local population.
What:
Tehama County Continuum of Care (TCCoC) is responsible for selecting local providers to carry out the activities that will be supported by the funds allocated to Tehama County through the California Emergency Solutions and Housing program. To accomplish this, a committee of stakeholders will develop a Request for Letters of Interest (RLOI) that will invite interested providers to submit a plan for conducting those activities. The RLOI committee will work together to prepare a document that clearly expresses the requirements that the successful applicant will need to meet, determining criteria that are preferred but not required and developing a scoring matrix that will be used to evaluate submissions.
When:
The CESH RLOI Committee will meet between 7 and 9 times between December 2018 and June 2019 for approximately 2 hours each time, for a total time commitment of between 12 and 18 hours.
Projected Meeting commitments:
December 2018: Two 2-hour meetings (4 hours total)
January 2019: Two 2-hour meetings (4 hours total)
February/March 2019: Possibly up to two 2-hour meetings (4 hours possible)
April 2019: One 2-hour meeting (2 hours total)
June 2019: One to two 2-hour meetings (4 hours possible)
Specific meeting days/times will be determined by the schedules of committee members.
