All components of the application will be submitted to HUD on or before Friday, September 30, 2022 at 5:00 PM PST. Thank you to all who contributed to this year’s application process and to all those working with the CoC to address homelessness in Tehama County.

Funding is currently available through the Housing and Community Development (HCD)'s 2022 Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) Program Balance of State Allocation. The ESG program provides grant funding to (1) engage homeless individuals and families living on the street, (2) rapidly re-house homeless individuals and families, (3) help operate and provide essential services in emergency shelters for homeless individuals and families, and (4) prevent individuals and families from becoming homeless.

Tehama County Continuum of Care (Tehama CoC) is authorized to recommend up to two applications into each of two separate components to HCD for funding consideration. Providers of eligible services within Tehama County are invited to submit Project Overviews to Tehama CoC to be considered for recommendation. Project Overviews must be submitted by Monday, July 18, 2022 at 11:59 PM PST to be eligible for consideration.
