The Tehama County Continuum of Care (Tehama CoC) is pleased to announce the availability up to $450,000 in grant funds to address homelessness in Tehama County. Qualified service providers are invited to submit proposals through the 2025 Tehama Emergency Solutions Grant Plus (ESG+) Request for Proposals (RFP) published on August 22, 2025. The deadline to submit a proposal is Thursday, September 19, 2025 at 4:59 p.m. PST.
