GRANT PLUS (ESG+) PROGRAM
The Tehama County Continuum of Care (Tehama CoC) is seeking proposals from qualified agencies and organizations to provide Emergency Shelter and/or Rapid Rehousing Services to individuals and families experiencing homelessness in Tehama County.

IMPORTANT: Both the 2025 Tehama ESG+ RFP and the text on this page was amended on September 2, 2025, with the only change being a correction to the day of the week on which Proposals must be submitted. The day of week was initially indicated as "Thursday" but has now been corrected to read "Friday."
Bidder's Conference - August 29, 2025 at 12:30 PM
A Bidder's Conference will be held via Zoom on Friday, August 29, 2025 at 12:30 PM PST to review 2025 Tehama ESG+ requirements and to answer attendee questions relevant to the RFP.
