2025 CoC NOFO Project Application Submission
Projects that serve individuals and families experiencing homelessness in Tehama County are invited to submit Project Applications to be considered for inclusion in Tehama CoC’s 2025 CoC Application.
Tehama CoC is accepting Project Applications from eligible Renewal Projects and New Projects.
Applicants considering submitting a Project Application are advised to thoroughly review the instructions and application materials provided below. The deadline to submit Renewal and New Project Applications is Monday, December 15, 2025 at 11:59 PM PST.

RENEWAL PROJECTS
Project Renewal. Applicants eligible for Renewal Projects must be listed as the current grant recipient for a project eligible for renewal the CoC's 2025 Grant Inventory Worksheet (GIW) approved by HUD. Eligible Renewal Projects may request funds in amount up to their Annual Renewal Amount shown on the GIW.

NEW PROJECTS
Tehama CoC is eligible to request up to funds for up to $65,885 for New Projects through the CoC Bonus and up to $50,000 in DV Bonus funds for New Projects dedicated to serving individuals and families of persons experiencing trauma or a lack of safety related to fleeing or attempting to flee domestic violence, dating violence, sexual assault, or stalking, as defined in the HUD 2025 CoC NOFO.

Questions regarding the 2025 CoC NOFO process must be submitted via email to [email protected] on or before December 12, 2025. Responses to questions received by the deadline will be posted on the 2025 CoC NOFO Questions & Answers page as they become available.

Accepted Project Applications will be included in Tehama CoC's 2025 CoC Application to the U.S. Housing and Urban Development Department (HUD). Final funding decisions are made by HUD. For more information on the process by which projects are selected for funding by HUD, please consult the HUD 2025 CoC NOFO.
