Renewal Project Intent to Apply

Projects are eligible to submit Renewal Project Applications only if they have an existing grant agreement expiring in the 2025 calendar year or an award notification from the U.S. Housing and Urban Development Department (HUD) indicating that the project for which they applied through the FY2023 CoC NOFO has been selected for award. Projects that meet this requirement are listed in the 2024 Grant Inventory Worksheet (GIW) for CA-527 Tehama County CoC. (Tehama CoC's 2024 GIW can be downloaded directly by clicking here.) 

​If, after reviewing the GIW, you are unsure whether your project is eligible for renewal, please contact Tehama CoC by email at [email protected]. 

Projects that intend to submit Renewal Project Applications must notify Tehama CoC of their intent by completing and submitting the form below on or before September 13, 2024.

    To be completed and submitted by the Project Application Primary Contact (the individual that will be completing the Project Application and to whom communications with the Applicant Organization regarding the 2024 CoC NOFO should be directed.)
