Navigation Center Information

What is a Navigation Center?

A Navigation Center is a place where individuals and families experiencing homelessness can get help with their immediate needs AND help getting on their feet all at the same place. It's a model that's been successfully implemented in many communities.

Why does Tehama County need a Navigation Center?

Tehama County already has many of the services people need, but it's easy for people to "fall through the cracks" trying to navigate from one agency to the next on their own. A Navigation Center is the ideal solution for that.
